Each person spends about five minutes on the Work Style Assessment using a private team link.

Within a week you get the team map, friction report and rhythm plan — plus the workshop if you chose one.
Questions teams ask
Is this a personality test?
No. It measures work preferences — how you like to focus, collaborate and plan — not personality, ability or mental health.
Can we use it for hiring or performance reviews?
No, and we won't support that use. It isn't designed or validated for selection decisions. Use it to improve how a team works together.
Who sees individual answers?
Only the summary result for each person goes into the team map, and each person sees their own report. Raw answers are not shared with managers.
Do you work with remote teams in other time zones?
Yes. Everything can be done online, and workshops can be run in two sessions for teams spread across time zones.
We're a small team. Is it worth it?
Small teams often get the most out of it, because one mismatch affects everyone. Teams of three and up are welcome.
