Summary

The assessment and tools run in your browser. We only receive information you choose to send through a form. We use cookies for basic site function and, through Google AdSense, for advertising.

Information you give us

When you submit a form (newsletter, report request, team request, contest entry, application, pledge or contact message), we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address and message. We use this information only to respond to you and provide what you asked for. Forms are delivered through a third-party form-processing service. We do not sell your personal information.

Assessment answers

Your answers are scored in your browser. They are not sent to us unless you request your report by email, in which case we receive your result summary (not your individual answers).

Cookies and local storage

We store a few small preferences in your browser, such as your theme and cookie choice. These never leave your device.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

We load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information. To make a request, use our contact page.

Retention

We keep form submissions only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping, then delete them.
